Pricing Grip 32 is licensed on a per-seat basis.  The first copy of Grip you purchase is $549.  If you will be using Grip on a network, there is an additional $150/per seat charge. The purchase price includes one free year of technical support and upgrades (free, from this web site).  After the first year, there is a $150/year fee for technical support and upgrades.  If a registered user skips one entire year before upgrading (i.e. goes two years) then there will be an additional $100/per year fee, i.e. after two years you would have to pay $250 to become current again.
