Storing Email & Web addresses
Grip 32 v5.0 introduces a number of new features to better integrate your data emailbox_400.gif (14093 bytes)with both Email and Web addresses. You can now store an unlimited number of Email addresses and Web addresses with a Client, contact or prospect. Then, you can send the client/ contact/ prospect an email using Grip's new Email Outbox facility, or using your system Email client, such as Outlook Express or Netscape Mail. You can also directly open a client/contact/prospect web address from the client/contact/prospect window. You can even tell Grip which browser you want to use.

The Invoice EmailerEmailing Invoices
With Grip's new Invoice Email Wizard, you can email someone an Invoice, printed out onto a JPEG (which is than attached to the email), all right from Grip. You can also email someone a collection of thumbnail pictures (with other information), wrapped up into a Web page and sent as an Email attachment.  Click here to go through the wizard that walks you through a six-step process that asks you to select a header and footer page, and lets you setup the fields from the Grip picture database that will be included, and allows you to setup the table that will contain your pictures.
